Notice: You must answer all questions truthfully and completely. Failure to provide truthful information, and complete answers will result in the denial of your application to Rent, and If the lease has already been signed, it will result in the Lease being canceled, even after move-in. The application must be completed and approved before deposit funds may be paid and accepted by Landlord. Once approved, a deposit will have to be paid to ensure the incoming tenant's performance (Performance deposit) to lease the dwelling by the move-in date stated by Landlord. After Landlord accepts a deposit to secure the rental dwelling, if the incoming Tenant(s) fail(s) to lease the rental dwelling by the move-in date, then he/she will forfeit the paid deposit. By signing below, the applicant(s) verifies the information they provided is truthful, accurate, complete and agrees to the terms of this application agreement. Furthermore, at the time of move-in, the money paid, to ensure the incoming tenant's performance to lease the premises, will then be transferred to the lease agreement and will become a security deposit for the lease. I authorize a complete background check to verify this information as to my credit, employment and suitability to lease, and authorize my employers to provide all necessary employment information in connection with this background check.

Privacy & Data Protection Notice By submitting this application, I consent to the collection and use of my personal information, including my Social Security Number (SSN), driver's license number, and date of birth, solely for the purpose of conducting a credit check, background screening, and verifying my identity and rental eligibility. I understand that:

My personal information will be kept confidential and accessible only to authorized property management personnel of Ensign Properties.
My information will be transmitted and stored using industry-standard encryption and security measures.
My SSN and sensitive data will not be sold, shared with third parties for marketing purposes, or used for any purpose other than evaluating this rental application.
If my application is denied or withdrawn, my personal information will be securely destroyed within 60 days of the decision.
